Anyone else LOVE that Binti proudly shared her full name when introducing herself?! Names have power and meaning. I wanted to cheer her on when she introduced herself! It reminded me of this scene in The Princess Bride. #xavierfys04

Why did the otjize that Binti made at Oomza University heal Okwu’s burn? What is the significance of Binti’s ability to make authentic otjize away from Earth? Is it even authentic otjize? How will this play into the rest of the novels? #xavierfys04

Adichie’s TEDTalk was fantastic! It reminded of conversations I regularly have when talking about BLM, women empowerment, PRIDE, etc. While it is important to acknowledge the struggles people go through, it is = as important to recognize their excellence! #xavier04

@maggieschutte85 I think their relationship with their mother (especially now that Cath wrote that book) might cause more tension. Also, Cath’s new relationships might cause tension as well. #xavierfys04
