@SquattingxBear @Halo You can use maps and campaign environments as sources of inspiration across all games in the Halo franchise; from Halo CE through Halo 5.

An original layout should still feel meaningfully connected to an existing Halo space or design language.

The intent of the contest is to create spiritual successors, not disconnected original maps with a Halo skin on top. A strong submission should make players feel the influence of a recognizable Halo environment through its atmosphere, structure, flow, gameplay philosophy, or spatial identity, even if the layout itself evolves significantly.

If players cannot feel that connection at all, then it likely moves too far away from the spirit of the contest.

I had the same issue and just resolved it last week doing the same thing. I had removed 1000+ friends and followers. Now I can add collaborators to my forge maps. It was broken since the game launched and never worked for me. I never understood why. So I experimented and it’s completely fixed! To all forgers, remove as many friends as possible and it will fix the glitch 👍🏻
