@fairywings1981 I am not too sure, I can certainly ask the question though I believe the parts will be sent directly to Liberty Gas, but I totally appreciate why you would want to do that. Usually as soon as they're in stock, the planners contact you to arrange an appointment. Thank you

@fairywings1981 It won't do sorry, as they take 3-5 working days to arrive. I can, however for your safety we kindly ask that all boiler repairs are carried out by our certified gas engineers. We have an official contract with them, ensuring they meet strict safety standards. I'll send a DM :-)

@fairywings1981 Hi Janine, I am sorry to hear you have no heating or hot water. We do always advise that additional work may be needed if the boiler cannot be repaired within the first visit, and that parts can take 3-5 working days to arrive. I have sent you a DM to discuss further. Thank you
