I was actually planning to buy a laptop today, and my first choice was an @HP laptop. But after what happened to Enori’s laptop today, I’ve decided to go with a Dell instead.

Please @HP company you really need to look into this. How can someone charge a laptop and it will burn? Customers deserve better quality and reliability. Please look into this issue because you’re already losing customers.

If she was lying you guys need to take a legal action before you lose all your customers thank you @HP
