Problem here's our communities don't know the truth from the start, there are no negotiation of increase. The negotiations was done in 2021 and the city have a collective agreement with bargaining council and the unions. The city agreed that will pay 5.4 % plus 3.5% with it's backpay in July 2023. The city now is refusing to give the employees what's due to them. There's no negotiations or round table that must take place here, that's he applied for exception and bargaining council dismissed it. People must know the whole story so that they may understand that worker's are fighting for what's due to them. Now he doesn't want to pay 5.4% knowing that the system will kick in the 3.5% with the backpay. @GDCoGTA@_cosatu@AdvoBarryRoux@EffNorthwest@eNCA@CityTshwane@54Battalion@EFFSouthAfrica@EFFGautengProv@EffNorthwest @Official_EFF_EC @TshwaneEff @EFFStudents @EffJhbRegion @Abramjee@News24 @kasibcnews @Newzroom405@LebogangMolema3@baneleflypaper@Our_DA @bigkoostar @BlueNip@chaukek@Carolinerathabe
