Previously sitting as a car garage, the transformation included external alterations, as well as the complete fit-out of the store.

The works included a strip-out of an existing retail store into the eye-catching 12,000 sq. ft space.🏋️‍♀️

After last years new build reception Forum Contracts re-visit @EmersonParkAC to install a new 200m canopy complying with a new drainage system.

The new canopy provides easier routes for students around the school allowing access in all conditions. ☂

The 2 stores saw a full strip-out and fit-out over a 3 week dual-running period.

Forum will be carrying out another 2 refurbs for @EoECoop in February.

Forum carried out the full fit-out over a 5 week period, handing-over to a very happy client on Monday! 🤝

Today was the start of our first project for a new client @TheGymGroup in Essex.

Forum will be constructing a full strip and fit-out including external works over a 11,000 sq. ft. area.
