What I've learned from World Cup travelers this week.
- Apparently the US is the only country with A/C
- Other countries don't use seasoning on their food
- You can only buy a gallon of milk in the USA
- You have to pay for a 2nd or 3rd pop at a restaurant outside of America. No free refills
- They love to party just like us and boy are they fun!
- Only we do flyovers before games
- America's spring is hotter than Europe's summer
-We have a lot to learn when it comes to soccer chants
- Ranch Dressing is a delicacy to be treasured
- Their media lies to them just like ours does to us
Can we keep em?
As a non-American, the 2026 World Cup seems to be the best thing that the USA has ever done for its reputation ๐บ๐ธ
News commentators in our countries were literally telling us not to go because of how unsafe it is. Millions of us came anyway and have had the times of our lives.
If the heart of Africa, Congo, is free, the rest of Africa will be free, and if Nigeria wakes up, the whole of Africa will never remain the same again.
It makes 0 sense why the FIFA World Cup final is not in Atlanta. New Jersey (New York) fan experience has been mid, same with Philadelphia. Atlanta has had the biggest turnouts and the most energy at all events. It is the soccer capital of the United States for a reason.
