This is the most ridiculous post I've seen in a long time. It's an open world game with the only racing governed rule being (Race in-between the checkpoints). It doesn't matter how you approach it.

Shortcuts are a staple in the Horizon series. Everyone within the Horizon community knows this. (Goliath in Horizon 2 being the most notorious for this, a good run with shortcuts can save you 2 minutes)

What an utter sham, incompetent track design and absolutely no consultation to people that can be verified by the developers of the game. Now resulting in the completely unjust disqualification of a "by the book" legitimate run for 3 000€. Absolutely gutted for m4dpizza.
