Btw for past few years as I live on my own for various reasons I slept most of the time on couch and idk if I'm so used to it or what but I don't like sleeping in my own bed. Like it's so hot, the pillow is wrong, I don't have anything to put my leg on and ugh...

It's middle of the night and I'm hungry. Plus I went to sleep early because around 23:00 and I'm already tired of sleeping (not that I slept much during that last two hours, I remember thinking a lot, switching positions etc.).

I'm taking meds that kinda help and kinda don't but they make me feel so bad at the end of the day. Oversensitive and all, I'm currently having headache that's so fucking annoying....
I'm having doc appointment in two weeks to ask about new ones... Ugh...

I forgot to bring clean towel to bathroom and went to take a shower and I realised it in the middle if showering so now I'm waiting to air dry enough so I can go for towels without making everything wet
