I’d like to see negligence charges levelled at home office staff involved in asylum claims that have been proved obviously spurious. Ofcourse this will never happen sadly.

What are you saying these officers should be charged with? And how can you remove pensions if they were found not guilty?

@benonwine The male cop doesn’t come out of it well but the female one I thought wasn’t awful. She was 30 seconds late on calling the ambulance for sure and could also have questioned the arrest but I think she was still getting upto speed? Or is there more than the 3 mins I’ve seen?
