DreamOval Foundation, in partnership with AngloGold Ashanti and the Ghana Education Service, brought STEM to life for students in Obuasi through a 5-day STEM bootcamp.

Students explored coding, built obstacle-avoidance and dancing robots , and developed skills in teamwork, communication, career planning, and presentations.

Robot-building sessions led by Shulem Lake helped students turn ideas into real projects.

To end women’s month, we’re throwing the spotlight on Hannah Afua Benyiwaa Acquah a WEITech Cohort 2 participant.

Through the WEITech Program, Hannah received the digital tools, knowledge, and critical skills she needed to navigate and teach in a more inclusive EdTech space.

Today, other teachers are learning, adapting, and gaining from what Hannah was given through the WEITech program.

A few months ago, our WEITech ladies began their EdTech Understudy, interning with EdTech companies to apply the theories they have learned throughout the program.

This experience has not only strengthened their practical skills but also prepared them for the job market. Some have already secured job roles with some EdTech companies.

Today, we are excited to share that some participants from Cohort 2 will be graduating tomorrow from their internship with Edu3Dcation.
