One of our weekly cooking sessions: we made home made spaghetti bolognaise..
We were able to recreate a delicious dish packed with vegetables without the added salt and sugar you get in a jar..

Clients also looked at branded VS non-branded!

We have recently dedicated an afternoon per week to spending time cooking in our common room with our clients.
Every Tuesday afternoon we spend the afternoon shopping, cooking & eating.
We plan with the clients dishes they would like to make an look at budgeting for these.

In light of Chinese new year earlier this month Staff & Clients from the Galleries celebrated and enjoyed a rare meal out together.

Recently we spent the afternoon cooking fajitas and watching films with our clients.
Our cooking sessions are based around meals that clients can cook independently in the future!👩‍🍳

Clients loved that they were able to run and enjoy themselves carefree all whilst doing something that was good for their fitness.

We celebrated our Christmas here earlier this week! As the clients' requested we had a buffet meal, watched the new and old Home alone Films & of course unwrapped some presents!
