@kalkifashion your customer services are the worst in fashion industry. I ordered 2 sarees more than a month and back. I had to be returned. I have been informing them to pick up the product and refund my amount but every time they will tell me it will be picked in 1 or 2 days

The service IFB promises while purchasing a product is fake. There is no after service. We bought a new IFB dishwasher from Croma yamunanagar and its sensors of auto shine were not working. I have complained at Croma n IFB customer care so many times. no response.

I bought a Corum watch in 2014 from Chandigarh. My watch strap is worn out now and I need to get it replaced. I tried doing it from where I bought n tried Delhi also but no one is ready to do the needful. They say this service is not available in India.
