@Lac0rte The limited photo access mode isn’t really a manual mode, unfortunately – Tailor still requires that stitches be based on screenshots that were taken closely together. We recommend setting the “All Photos” permission – all processing is done on device.
@heruzou Hey Roshnii – this is a bug we’re aware of, we’re working on a fix (the issue is basically that we added some improvements to verify that the stitch was correct, but backgrounds mess with that logic a bit). Sorry for the inconvenience!
@katebornstein Hey Kate – Tailor tries to figure out groups that are eligible for stitching based on groups of screenshots that were taken closely together, based on timestamps. Make sure you’re taking the screenshots within a few seconds of one another.
@Pravda2_0 Do you see these buttons? If you’re selecting photos this way, Tailor still needs to detect a few images taken closely together to work properly - we recommend selecting “all photos” in settings.
@SCLiza Oh hm, that’s an interesting bug, thanks for letting us know (FYI - it won’t actually analyze/stitch photos until you scroll to them, and all processing is done on device)
@ilpiacereospite Hmmm.... pretty weird. Looks like maybe a bug in Telegram (maybe they can't handle tall screenshots?). Can you check "Settings>Privacy>Analytics & Improvements>Analytics Data" and see if there's an entry for Telegram around the time you see this behavior?
@cabbey Can you try full access? All photo processing is done on device and your photos never leave your phone.
Our grouping algorithm requires the screenshots being taken within a few seconds of each other, and if you miss one it can cause a gap that can make detection fail.
@JacobEthanWhite Yeah it’s a tricky balance between trying to represent what devices the screenshots were on vs just appearance. Probably could be a bit bigger 🤔
@_dom Weird 👻 - should've worked first time but glad it's alright. I thought I tested the upgrade flow pretty thoroughly but I'll take another look to be sure.
@_dom Nope! Your old purchase should automatically carry over, if it doesn't for some reason, you can restore it by going to Settings -> Restore Purchase.
