@virginmedia honestly - ive tried that - thats why im here complaining - if the number worked id use it!!.. the automated service recognises my mobile and will only tell me my bill amount... please tell me a direct number to call to cancel..

@virginmedia ok = and what do i do on that page? 'message us' done all morning to no avail..'Submit your issue online' tells me my account is disconnected. 'call us' already said automated service will only tell me my bill. ive emailed the ceo and posted a letter! please let me know.
