There is an opportunity, as part of Heritage Week, to visit the dome of the Four Courts.

The dome is normally inaccessible to the public, but we have 2 tours, facilitated by the OPW, on 23 August. Tour groups are small and there are strict conditions.

A hop skip and a jump from the Four Courts! Often resulting in livestock incursions into the environs of that august building - a bull got into the Round Hall in the early 19th century, and there were quite a few runaway cows in the Chancery Street/Church Street area over the years!
