NEW THIS MORNING: The National Hurricane Center has outlooked an area in the main development region of the Atlantic for a 20% chance of development in the next 7 days. The Google AI model has been on this for the past 4-5 days.
Conditions remain unfavorable, particularly in the western Atlantic and Caribbean. Even if we manage to get a storm to form, it will run into an atmosphere that will not be conducive for development. Wind shear remains strong.
