Paul Kruger was the last president of the old Transvaal and a revered figure in Afrikaner mythology. But he also took part in nine wars off dispossession in the mid-1800s, chasing black inhabitants off their land. | @PieterDuToit

@Anachro30402261 The only thing we can check is "Payment Status". If it says "no employees found" then it means there was no application done for you. Any other status indicates that you have been put on the system for a payment already
4) There is no bailout/benefit for NGO/NPOs. SA has ane extensive non-gov/non-private sector that has been left to their own devices and crippled a massive amount of people who depend on NGO/NPOs.
3) If April has not been paid out, this will hold up the process for the May and June applications. The TERS portal will prevent claims from going through if April's payments are still pending.
2) There is no feedback from UIF regarding the progress. Once an application is submitted, EMPLOYERS are left in the dark and do not receive notice if there are problems with their application.
1) This is an EMPLOYER process. EMPLOYERS are responsible for the application and monitoring of the progress. Problem: EMPLOYEES have no power or control of this process. If an EMPLOYER abandons the process then EMPLOYEES are left to their own devices.
@ChesterEffect If your company didn't apply, then no, you did not get robbed. Remember this fund only covers businesses that are now unable to pay their employees due to the lockdown
June applications for #TERS#UIF is open today. Don't ask me what's going on there. April payments are still pending but the #uif decided that it was a fucking good idea to open June applications instead
@NOLUTHA57862248 Hi, sorry @NOLUTHA57862248 I can't help with normal UIF. I only work at the TERS UIF call centre. You'll have to contact labour directly or use the Ufiling portal
