@AmericanAir We received a response about the damage to our baggage (a separate issue). But not about how to claim back receipts for taxis etc caused by the delay, or a way of claiming compensation as per the UK CAA which can't be provided as flight credit

@AmericanAir 35 days since our 20h delay. AA staff at London Heathrow airport said we would get support from customer services online. Still waiting for a reply, really disappointed with the lack of communication. First experience with AA could be our last. Can anyone help us?!

@asda just completely ridiculous, refused cold and flu tablets at 30yo after dragging myself to the supermarket. Why is your age limit for paracetamol based tablets under25 when the government age restriction is 16?! Just another reason to not shop at Asda

@HolHouseBristol I've been trying to contact the hotel about a cancelled reservation that has not been refunded. This was cancelled in January, but the hotel never received this. The hotel contacted me before the check in date and cancelled, but still no refund. Can you help?
