@____Diogenes___ @MarioQ_491 @JoseValdezSV "Leave no man" behind was the creed that made the American military great. It's good to see one of our great allies following it.

@JessHorserage @gaersstapa @AkkadSecretary Yes, if a kid is born into the most prosperous, freeist, safest country on the planet, where even the poorest citizens rank above most of the world in wealth, their life will be terrible.

@ConHearth @Warmr2026 @grok You mean the parking lot.

@suchnerve The only woman that can bring back these emotions in a man is his daughter.

@Kamalfalilat @Everyonefwt1tan He used the shield strap as a tourniquet.

@ephialt99257641 @KenFarmer Why is called mutilation when it's a girl but a medical procedure when it's a boy?

[Fox_Mortus @Fox_Mortus]

@Alfredpie_ @usualpawn Don't even have to lay on your stomach. You can do it sitting in a chair if you push hard enough.

[Fox_Mortus @Fox_Mortus]

@Dinoreignsan @UncannyKam I think this is partly because they couldn't figure out how to give her the full power set without using Carol Danvers. She was basically trapped in part one of her origin story forever.

@Mirs_____ @systemycllupus High skill floor, high education time and financial investment, high stress, high mental trauma. Yeah that sounds like a job that should pay high six to seven figures.

[Fox_Mortus @Fox_Mortus]

@RetardedBLM @Cannieyoungman @wylfcen The problem with that argument is that several states were told they would be allowed to leave it they wanted. That was the entire reason they agreed to join the union in the first place. The big problem was that it was a simple verbal contract and no one ever got it in writing.

[Fox_Mortus @Fox_Mortus]

@RetardedBLM @Cannieyoungman @wylfcen This is literally the most debated topic in American history specifically because both sides have a reasonable argument for why they are right. It had to be decided by a war and even afterwards they weren't sure if they made the right decision.

[Fox_Mortus @Fox_Mortus]

@RetardedBLM @Cannieyoungman @wylfcen That's the entire debate that started the Civil War. There was no actual law establishing that definition. Both were assumptions made by each party. There was no law establishing either side as objectively correct.

[Fox_Mortus @Fox_Mortus]

@RetardedBLM @Cannieyoungman @wylfcen The supremacy clause only applies if there is a federal law contradicting a state law. There was never a federal law prohibiting secession.

[Fox_Mortus @Fox_Mortus]

@RetardedBLM @Cannieyoungman @wylfcen It's the 10th amendment. The constitution does not permit or ban leaving the union. Therefore by the wording of the 10th amendment that right is left up to the states.

[Fox_Mortus @Fox_Mortus]

@RetardedBLM @Cannieyoungman @wylfcen It was literally debated during the founding of the country. Several states only agreed to join on the condition that they could leave if they wanted to. One of the main reasons that no confederates were tried as traitors was because they weren't sure even after the war.

[Fox_Mortus @Fox_Mortus]

@RetardedBLM @Cannieyoungman @wylfcen The secession was not rebellion. There was a belief since the founding that because the states entered the union by choice, they could also had a right to leave. Lincoln denied that right which triggered the war. They tried to peacefully secede with no war.

[Fox_Mortus @Fox_Mortus]

@RetardedBLM @Cannieyoungman @wylfcen Every state that seceded sent a declaration of causes to Washington. Only 4/11 mention slavery. And even then it was about failure to enforce the fugitive slave act which was federal law. But the war wasn't about the slaves. It was about whether they had a right to secede.

[Fox_Mortus @Fox_Mortus]

@MarcusListeres @Cannieyoungman @wylfcen Blame Booth for that. Lincoln wanted to deport all the former slaves. After his death, that plan went out the window and integration became the goal.

[Fox_Mortus @Fox_Mortus]

@RetardedBLM @Cannieyoungman @wylfcen You have to separate the secession from the war. The secession happened over many factors, with slavery being one of them in half of the states that seceded. But the entire purpose of the war was to stop succession. Freeing the slaves wasn't a goal until 2 years into the war.

@JesTer396 You're using average as the only option. There are things above and below the average.
