TERROR SCHEME: An Albany, New York woman was arrested by the FBI after allegedly plotting to detonate a bomb inside the NY State Capitol on behalf of ISIS.

Officials state she repeatedly surveilled the building and planned to disguise an explosive in a DoorDash bag during a legislative session.
