@AFLNation@1116sen@AFLPlayers If it is consensual? If the player agrees to it in order to continue playing? Should the Club instead delist the player and deny him the right to work?
@1116sen@SENBreakfast With you Kane. This gave agency to the player. Up to him whether to play on knowing the risks, as opposed to the Club (already being sued by Max Rooke) bearing them. Are we saying that the Club should instead have delisted him though cleared and denied him his right to work?
@Punters This would be 7 who don’t have broadcast rights for Cup week and are left with Sydney races? And by what measure: the 81k at Flemington, or the 20k odd (if that) at Rosehill? Turnover? Hollow sound bite.
@9NewsSyd It was no better flying into SYD from o/s. I did on Wednesday. It was a shemozzle. No chance making a domestic connection. And btw - I am not an “inexperienced traveller” (good luck with that one).
@kca111@Qantas Not just if you call. Together with about 250 others I am queuing at the SYD domestic transfer desk. Connection missed…and they have only TWO very stressed people processing everyone. If Qantas wants to get people flying again, this is NOT how to do it.
@rtralphy Can’t help you. A “ride for luck” shocker. And the winner was back but German didn’t fall for the trap of going to the fence. Stayed 4 off and stormed home unimpeded. Hope Poy apologised to the owners.
