Not enough universal acknowledgement of how athletic and strong Zuby Ejiofor is. 1 inch shorter than Bam Adebayo w/ -0.75 WS is negligible. Vert is basically the same and had better agility times. .704 college FTr - his skills are developing and is 22 y/o draftee.
@PensareBBall Actually I vividly remember the ref calling more bullshit calls on me on clean blocks and he fouled me out of the game. I said "learn the fucking rules, grandpa" and he gave me a tech on top of it 😂
@PensareBBall It doesn't matter man. I remember in high school some kid was grabbing my jersey up and down the court one game and I eventually just took both of my hands, put them between his shoulders and shoved him as hard as possible to the ground. I got called for a foul.
Hornets will be in a prime position to draft a +defensive PF who can compliment their core. Depending on who's available Zuby Ejiofor wouldn't be a reach there by any means.
The pushback is that he's a nasty competitor who posted a 14.0 BPM as a 19 y/o freshman w/ .616 FTr. It's probably enough of an indication he's athletically viable. That combined with how he's mentally wired needs to overcome how undersized he is.
Every day I grow more concerned with Caleb Wilson's frame relative to his playstyle. If he never becomes more perimeter oriented he will be fighting an uphill battle every time he steps on the floor given the dimensions of historically good/great players that operated same way.
With the amount of rim pressure SA can apply the Knicks absolutely need an effective Mitchell Robinson to win the finals. I genuinely believe his health status will determine who wins the series, Ariel Hukporti will not cut it.
I was thinking of using Day'Ron Sharpe as standard for Morez. Overall Morez has massive TS% potential given the touch markers and the REB% is probably more in line with Illinois w/ Mara+Yax out of picture. AST+STL rate disappointing. Probably similar type of value overall.
