Genuine question @Ryanair - why do you do this? Change a flight by a whole day (& to worse times!). Is there a genuine reason or is it just because you can & you want to inconvenience customers who have already paid in full way in advance & just want to break their trust?
@premierinn Hi! I’ll do it when I have left the venue as I’m still here (waiting to be served). I genuinely did wonder if this is the norm. Not feeling valued that’s for sure. 😔
@premierinn is it custom to not tell customers they need to book (for a half full restaurant) that when you turn up you’re told you can come in but your order won’t even be taken for 20 mins, then be placed in a table right out the way and not even be offered a drink?! 😔

@kirstycott@nextofficial It was next level yesterday. One couple had been waiting 50 minutes! 😳 Problem is, when you first get there it says it’s the standard 3 minute wait on the tablet, then once you have your number in you can’t cancel it. 🤦🏼♀️ We started warning people who turned up.
@nextofficial Just want to give a huge thank you to all the staff at Walton-Le-Dale Capital Centre store today. Not sure what happened but the wait for us as customers to collect was 30-40 mins!Not great!But you could see they were working their socks off under extreme pressure!
