What a last day in Rwanda! We were able to visit Fenenda Sengha - a resort in Kigali. We practiced archery and even go to enjoy a zip line. Then we headed to downtown Kigali for some last minute shopping and to walk the city for the last time. We leave tonight!
We even had a cooking class together with a member of the center, Aminatha. We walked the neighborhood to buy our ingredients, washed, chopped, prepped, and cooked some traditional Rwandan dishes! This was our last full day in Rwanda! (2/2)
After our morning at school, we went to the Nyamirambo Women’s Center. Started to provide women with education, the center now has a storefront that continues to teach women sewing skills, hair styling skills, and general education. The center now employs over 55 women! (1/2)

What a great retreat! We were able to hear student speakers, have small group reflections as well as some meditation time while on Lake Kivu. And of course- we couldn’t pass up and opportunity to swim. Tomorrow we drive back to Kigali!
