Powell is now serving as interim fed chair until Warsh takes the oath.

The ceremony has not taken place yet because
- It's weekend
- Trump just got back from China

There are no other reported complications, I expect the oath will take place next week. The odds going from 99% to 59% seems like an overreaction to me.
