@Delta original flight Saturday AM out of Atlanta. Cancelled. Earliest rebooking option, Monday AM out of Raleigh Durham. Drove from Atlanta to RDU. Booked an airport hotel for the flight. 6AM Flight cancelled at 3AM. Have not been able to speak with a representative since 3AM.

@Delta your customer service, particularly the empathy from your customer service team, has been absolutely horrendous through YOUR IT outage. As a platinum medallion member, I expect more. My family is out thousands of dollars in lodging and memories we cannot get back.

@Delta skymiles question: my current skymiles on the Delta App shows MQMs: 60,735 / 25k Miles. Is this a glitch in the app? Shouldn’t the 25k piece advance to the Platinum target of 75k? Thanks!

Thanks. Yes, understood on the difference, but my app shows this (see photo). My rollover MQMs plus those ive earned this year are at 60k, it seems odd the bar shows 60k/25k for 2022 status progress..

@PapaJohns I just ordered a pizza for delivery & selected contactless delivery. Driver came to my doorstep, not wearing a mask, rang the doorbell & wanted me to come outside. I spoke through the door to just leave it on the doorstep and he seemed annoyed. No mask=unacceptable.

@Delta horrible experience today. Round trip single day work trip & cannot get home due to mechanical issues. Representative said earliest flight back was tomorrow evening. I can drive home faster. No clothes, no lodging, no nothing. Not conducive to business travel. #deltafail

@delta delayed flight caused you to reroute me—worked fine—but now my bag did not make it with me and is delayed over 36 hours on a 4 day business trip. I need to purchase clothing for meetings tomorrow. Do I go through delta or airfrance (who I was rerouted on)

@Delta Flight DL1231 from Mia to Atl was delayed due to ‘long boarding’ according to gate agent. Causing a missed connection and late arrival home. Dealing with at home family emergency and child care situation so this is not a good situation. Not up to delta standards.

@Gogo I purchased a 24-hour WiFi pass for the day yesterday, as I had 4 different flight segments and needed to use flight time for work (requiring internet). The 4th leg of my flight did not have WiFi available. Can I get a partial refund or credit?

@Delta gold medallion member, bag did not make flight, delivered 24 hours later. Delivery failed to both call and require signature, bag was just left outside. Not pleased.

@Delta how can I add my FF # to a recently completed flight? Rebooking landed me on a delta flight and my FF # was not associated with the trip. Would like to receive the mileage credit. Thanks!
