RMD had a wonderful time celebrating #worldbookday2025 today, we shared our favourite stories, made book marks, had a wonderful visit from Resource Class and had a live story from #PoriDrwyStori 📚⭐️ Diolch!

We have been learning all about Valentine’s Day and people we love. The children cut out their own love hearts and we held a VIP club, we took it in turns to be the VIP and as a class shared compliments and kind words to each other to fill our love hearts ❤️ #BeKindAlways

Today in health and well-being time the children used their concentration and pincer grip to pass the heart around the circle using pegs
We were super careful not to drop it. Da iawn pawb! ❤️

For children’s Mental Health week last week Reception children painted “calm pebbles”. Today RMD hid them around the Rec park in Mold to spread calmness, kindness and smiles to whoever finds them ✨

This week we have been looking at the artist “Kandinsky”. The children then used their digital skills to recreate a piece of art in his style ready for their valentines cards. Da iawn pawb!

This week we have been learning all about Chinese New Year. The children were super excited to try some Chinese food this afternoon.
