If you didn't catch the update, Fragmented Minds Podcast will not be continuing as-is. Scheduling and Life-Events have put a stall for the foreseeable future but you can catch @BlackCatSelene and @ZanitySystem on streaming endeavors!
We appreciate all of your love and support!
To the listeners and followers we've had so far, from the bottom of our hearts we thank you for your support, listenership, commentary, and collaborations!
We would not have come so far if it wasn't for the support of our community!
@ganglads_@SomnambulistSys @systemthrow Oh yeah, "United" States and individual states rights. The provider has to be licensed to that individual state, states have different educational requirements, doesn't really seem so united huh? Federal government vs State government. SMH -Zanity
@ganglads_@SomnambulistSys @systemthrow Zanity: Yeah we've been on medicare mostly with medicaid as a back-up. I know depending on your area there's like 5+ versions of medicaid and not everyone who takes one medicaid takes another. It's complete irate nonsense.
@SomnambulistSys It's so valid to need to reach out and get reassurance, validation, and explanations - please don't stop. It definitely is all so confusing. -Zanity
@SomnambulistSys @systemthrow I wish there were more everywhere. There's so vry few here & most of them I've interviewed are not up-to-date on Final Fusion, Integration, or Functional Multiplicity & still used 1980s terms & insist on focusing on the 'host'. Psychiatrists here are taught DID is illegitimate.-Z
@ganglads_@SomnambulistSys @systemthrow Ah, my insurance hasn't allowed me into the OP programs either. Last area I lived in required I go to the crisis center & they determine if I get into the program or to the hospital. Always chose hospital. But they're a helpful thing for many. Wish was more accessible to all. -Z
@SomnambulistSys We have to drop names and labels and feel it out, using mindfulness. Descriptive terms come after we're familiar with the feeling and experience of the similarities, overlaps, and differences. Kind of strange to drop out of the thoughts-and-words realm but that's how we do. -Zane
Good morning beautiful folks! Announcement Time!

What video games remind you of your mental health experiences?
What games would you like to see us play on stream and talk about in-depth?
@TraumaPhDandMe Before I disappeared due to busy IRL, you seemed lonely. I would suggest perhaps looking into adult courses in a craft or exercise.
My local library has something called "needle and natter" where people locally bring their current project to work as a group, as an example. -S
I have to apologise double time, both for relative silence and that I haven't been able to finish an episode for tomorrow. I'm moving out tomorrow and the last month has been non-stop. I will get on that once my new workstation is set up.

@VeryBadLlama Mood.
My mother told me that I couldn't study art for my GCSEs because, and I quote, "it will never get [me] a career". Four years later, my sister gets to take an art B-Tec and later an art related degree.
This is why when I talk about her I call her Princess.

@TraumaPhDandMe Gnocchi is filling, comforting, and quick, just boil it until it floats, plus you can serve it with your favourite pasta sauce.
I like mine with green pesto, mozzarella, and roasted cherry tomatoes.
