@Safaricom_Care As a much as I applaud progress when it comes to improving customer service support, this “automation” is not it because it is clearly not the step in right direction because if it was working, why would I be here unsatisfied?
@Safaricom_Care Your have ensured that speaking to an agent through calling 100 is as difficult as possible and even when you do,they are unhelpful, unreliable and cannot even assist with a simple task and just resort to generic feedback.
@Safaricom_Care First, can you state here for everyone to see publicly how to reach an agent because Zuri is as unhelpful as my grandmother to be honest.Your customer care services were decent but this ploy just to reduce the number of calls is just unacceptable.
@imbankke I do not know if it could just be my phone but the app takes forever to open.I thought the recent update would have fixed it but that has not changed. Is that a complaint you have been receiving from other users?
@imbankke Thank you for the https://t.co/eUf3UtOLot far,I have been assessing it via mobile data and yes it is updated to the latest version.Note that I am using an ios device as well.
@Safaricom_Care why is the data usage function no working? Both on the web and the app? Also ios apps have been trash and still no updates, this is more of a statement than a question,we know you will do something about it when you want to..that will be all.
@SafaricomPLC when are we getting an update for the My Safaricom app for ios🌝..I have never been in a road crash accident but kwa app crash mliamua hambahatishi?😐

EXCLUSIVE: Ruto has put in place an evacuation plan should we breach State House. His close confidants already evacuated their families. The military has said they will remain neutral. The police are split. The political class is still arrogant. #RutoMustGo
Mudavadi said if a finance bill fails it means a vote of no confidence.
Onwards, the people should vote for the bill. Not watu kukaa place na kudecide on their selfish interests.
Bills to do with Health, Agriculture and Education must be voted for by the people.
