@YamaDolll @ashesforfoxes It’s always so telling what hobbies and interests people are “allowed” to have when they get older. Sports, craft beer, “acceptable” genres of music, cars… basically things that are stereotypically straight white guy interests.
@BenBowlinHSW Reviews of tarot decks, cool language stuff, and creepy mysteries (internet mysteries, lost media, hiking disappearances, etc) are some of my go-to internet rabbit holes
Apotheosis is a GM-less worldbuilding ttrpg about how mythology changes over generations. This edition includes new art from @_bokchois, @jaycalves and @momatoes, a completely new layout from @DinoberryJam, and reworked and expanded rules edited by @possiblewgames

@alexjkane We have a small collection of consoles, but the newest gen we have - aside from the Switch - is the PS3. We don’t have the money for the newer consoles, and really we don’t see a point in upgrading anyway.
@sameoldghost Meanwhile the romance arc for boys and men is basically “I was super into this hot girl and because I never stopped pursuing her, I won her like a prize”.
@sameoldghost What’s written for girls and women in fantasy and fairy tales seem to be cautionary tales about not being TOO free or TOO powerful, and settling for a “nice” love interest instead of an exciting one.
@SketchesbyBoze It’s hard to learn how to read critically without a good teacher (and reading critically is essential!) but I agree that you can learn a whole lot outside of formal education and shouldn’t despair if it’s not an option for you.
@black_tym It also reinforces the idea that attractive = good person and unattractive = bad person. And hurts anyone who happens to have similar looks to the shitty person you’re making fun of.
