“I’m writing a movie right now, but one character is an ex-hockey player. We were like, ‘But if we have this hockey player and then you’ve done a hockey show...’ We’re getting tripped up on it and we’re considering other sports, but for some reason this character just made way more sense being an ex-hockey player. It’s almost like you have to bust through the prison of your own mind or construct of your own mind.”

Q: Et je dois vous interroger sur Hudson. Il y a actuellement beaucoup d'attention sur lui. Vous avez eu l'occasion de travailler avec des acteurs formidables comme Guy Pearce ou Alan Rickman, j'adore Snow Cake d'ailleurs, mais Hudson est actuellement au centre de la tornade, est-ce que vous ressentez une étincelle chez lui ? Ce truc que tous les grands acteurs ont ? C'était comment de travailler avec lui ?

R : Il est adorable et c'est quelqu'un de très sincère. Et aussi un très bon acteur. Et il est très attentionné. Je suis impressionnée par son amplitude de jeu. II a beaucoup de talent. Et contrairement à moi, il comprend les réseaux sociaux, c'est sa génération. Et il s'y prend vraiment bien. Ce n'est pas si simple. Et c'est important, parce que les choses changent. Et parfois, ça m'agace un peu. Prenez cette promotion par exemple. J'ai la chance de pouvoir vous parler face à face, et aussi à quelques autres personnes, mais la majorité s'est fait en visio. Et ce n'était pas le cas, avant. Et on peut penser que c'est positif, parce que les gens ont moins besoin de voyager en avion et que c'est plus pratique, mais c'est épuisant, de parler à son ordinateur. C'est différent.
