Borrowing cost would have been lower.

They hid it on purpose. Charles’s charity paid Camilla’s sister Annabel Elliot tens of thousands, then left it out of the accounts where family payments and conflicts of interest must be declared.

Only admitted it after @thetimes went to the Palace.

If it was clean, why bury it? Same charity that took cash in suitcases and faced a police probe. Public money. Her sister on the payroll. You weren’t meant to see it.
