“The snake which cannot cast its skin has to die. As well the minds which are prevented from changing their opinions; they cease to be mind.”
-Friedrich Nietzsche
Observe. Adjust. Continue.
Uncomfortable, but not complicated.
Most stall when they realize that growth demands change.
And avoidance is the problem.
Where do you usually hesitate?

Growth requires change, over time.
While doubling down (like you should be doing today since it's Friday) will lead to results, at some point you will reach a plateau.
To achieve what you have not, you cannot hold on to who you are now.

Friday can be a day where we feel that we've done enough during the week to take it a little slower and be more relaxed, maybe even finish up early.
It is what gets done after you've done enough that makes the difference.
#frankfacts#fridaythoughts
Most of us don’t like change. We like predictability. We like being comfortable.
Try something different. Get comfotable being uncomfortable and results will ensue.

There are no shortcuts.
Every “overnight success” generally has a 10+ year story behind it.
A story that involves a lot of work, set backs and perseverance.

@ECandella@FaulknerFocus Can you explain how the process works? If NYSSC rules, what is the typical turnaround time for an appeal ruling? What is the process for appeal?
@merriman_md @FaulknerFocus Hospitals are not crowded with anything more than people who have been scared into thinking they need to be hospitalized if they get sick. Making this about people who are unvaccinated has me puzzled. Some people are very ill, others think they are and use up the resources.
@effinalavina@megynkelly What are the long term effects of wearing a mask? What are the long term effects of kids not seeing the faces of the friends and teachers?
@KathyHochul - please back up your statement about masks helping to control the “surge”. Seems the surge happened AFTER the preventative measures of the mask “mandate”.
Why do most news outlets continue to talk about wild and crazy positive cases? Does anyone look at the percentage rate of positive cases vs the total number of those tested? Is there a correlation? We talk about a “surge”, then we have one. Yes, in that order. @KathyHochul
