@CallumCastel7 @cosmo_nffc Goes a bit deeper than that. B-Team/ First team playing style/ formation etc does not alter between different managers as it is set up for the long term. This allows us to recruit younger players knowing they will fit in in the future no matter who is managing us

He is a good manager so maybe it's a bit unfair, but Brentford did surpass his career pretty quickly

Good manager but the video is about how BRentford keep improving no matter who is in charge
