Just like in the West the Chinese government had a Deep State problem; a parallel system of governance superseding decisions of the legitimate system.

China wasn't really "stealing" our IP etc. but rather traitors in the US government were both selling classified information and conveniently positioning Deep State Chinese nationals within the US government to easily acquire the sought after information

China's economic system is more similar to the US's than it is different

From what Ive seen it looks like pump and dumpers, or perhaps gamblers, are using medium to large X account names to push a token, and the fees generated from buying/selling/trading go to the account that is being used (or is this impersonation?)
