@booyaa87@JonRothstein He’s good; I’m mad. But, the strength of your team is Thames, McCottry (plays super strong for size), Green, Brown, and Sharma. You guys have a great team. There are guys I think are more valuable, that’s it.
Just as a VCU fan, when I know he’s on the floor, I want to attack
@dannybaehler@T3Bracketology@sepptimus_44 Danny, you’re right. The shove by Avila wasn’t what I thought. On the flip side, Jones shove on Evan’s, while it didn’t connect, was the same level of malice. Just dumb, which Barry didn’t do it, but Jones did start the entire exchange. Jennings doesn’t talk shit, esp down 20
@booyaa87@JonRothstein Correct. If you don’t leave him by helping on D he will literally do nothing. The shots he hit, or half of them, were to extend the lead and inconsequential. Then, there’s the defensive side of the ball where he has to be hidden. He’s OK, but not worth the hype
@MidtownMadPod Ok. Minus the stick. He (Avila) initiated the contact. Evan’s shouldn’t have hit Brown, no argument there. Yall get what I’m saying, each side is culpable
@Billikensxx@SBUnfurled I don’t care about the scuffle. It’s SLU people calling for suspensions. We’re all good over here, but to act like Avila wasnt equally involved is biased
@T3Bracketology@sepptimus_44 How is that a nah? Avila shoved Lewis because he didn’t like that he stole it. Evan’s shouldn’t have done what he did, but Avila triggered the whole thing
@MatSheltonEide In the good city spectrum, Dayton, OH is closer to Olean, NY than it is to Richmond, VA. Dayton obviously gets talent and has hit it big with Obi and Holmes, but the recruiting doesn’t match the investment imo. I suspect a lot of that might be due to location
@Evo_Bets@T3Bracketology@SamStro757 Totally understand y’all’s points with the resume metrics but if the committee can’t take the objective win for VCU on a neutral over the subjective interpretation of some at-this-point questionable metrics, then what are we doing? NCAAF committee would differ
