@SecDuffy this morning in Milwaukee Wisconsin Highway 94 north this truck was untarped and chunks of concrete were bouncing out of it onto the highway. I was able to avoid it and save myself, a family or someone else may not be that fortunate. In Wisconsin it is not illegal for a trucking company to not tarp their load that is some bullshit. I emailed the Milwaukee base company if you’d like to give them a call let me know.
