Got a cool project?
A brand that needs some love?
A website that looks like it was built in 2007?
Starting in October, I'm available for freelance and consulting work. After 20 years in the adult industry, I've picked up a few tricks, made a few mistakes, and built a pretty big network of talented people who can help.
I've worked in content, marketing, branding, design, and pretty much everything in between. Now I want to help creators, producers, and studios grow their businesses and make cool porn.
Need a poster? A new brand? A marketing strategy? Someone to look at your website and politely explain why nobody's buying anything?
Whether you need a one-off design job or someone to help you grow your business over time, DM me.
@mikemovies I have seen stuff on Tubi that I have never found anywhere else or that would have been a nightmare to hunt down only a few years ago.
Sometimes I stumble on movies like 'The Necro Files' that I initially saw as a torrent back in the day and can't believe it's there.
Been thinking a lot about what AI is going to do to porn and here's my prediction:
It's going to push the industry in two completely opposite directions.
AI content is going to get much, much better. And creators and studios who learn to use AI as a tool (not necessarily as a replacement for performers) will be able to make things that small teams simply couldn't afford to make before. Fantasy environments. Weird niche concepts. Better post-production. Images that used to require sets, VFX teams or animation.
At the same time, I think we're going to see a growing appetite for the exact opposite: bad angles, messy bedrooms, cellulite, blemishes... Bloopers. People laughing. Stuff that obviously happened in an actual room between actual human beings.
The easier perfection will be to manufacture, the more valuable imperfection will become.
Mark my words.
Someone from work shared this with me. Really cool article. Having spent nearly two decades on the studio/corporate side of the industry, I agree with most of what you're saying.
I donโt think the paysite model itself is dying. I still believe there's room for both creator-driven platforms and premium studio content. They're not necessarily serving the same audience or offering the same experience
The bigger problem (just my 2 cents) is that legacy studios have failed to adapt to the modern internet and that goes well beyond how they treat and remunerate performers. Outdated pricing strategies, an obsession with squeezing more revenue out of fewer customers, and a fundamental misunderstanding of how people consume content today are all part of the problem.
Studios had the opportunity to evolve alongside creators, rather than compete with them. Most chose not to. I suspect we'll eventually see a new generation of smaller, leaner, more creator-friendly paysites emerge. At least, that's a future I'm interested in helping build.
Anyway, awesome read. I think we're overdue for some serious changes in this industry.

Latest MILF Overload from @JimPowersXXX. If you know me, you know Iโve always had a soft spot for Jimโs particular brand of chaos.
Intern walks into a meeting with five executives and they decide they have to share him. Reverse gangbang, of course.

I donโt work there anymore, so I guess I can recommend Adult Time stuff now without it technically being marketing. Still a porn nerd.
Just watched "Every Two Hours" on @AdultTimecom. Pretty sure @TheSarahArabic and @theBreeMills just created the definitive breast worship cinematic experience. This might be Bree's parting gift to me and I'm thankful for it. Blessed to still have working free passwords in this economy.
