I’ve sent all the details by email under ticket #2686019, including external data (Kaiko/Amberdata) and Bitget’s own research on the Oct 10 order-book/liquidity issues.

I was trying to add margin when the app froze and my futures position was liquidated, while the order book was extremely thin. I really hope this review will look beyond the generic “device network” explanation and lead to a fair resolution or at least a meaningful goodwill gesture for a loyal user.

I really like using Bitget and I’ve trusted your platform for my futures trading, but I’m extremely disappointed with how my case has been handled.

During the October 10 2025 crash, I lost a big position when the app and trading infrastructure (API / order book) were not responding. Support keeps sending the same template answer (“device network issue”) and ignores the detailed evidence and market infrastructure articles I shared.

Could someone from the team please review this seriously?
