Paging newly re-elected Gov Murphy, please order the reopening of all unemployment offices in New Jersey. Thanks for your action

Tried calling on the weekend, weekdays, business & after hours, still no agent is available and try your call on the next day. Pls help!

The security guard at the unemployment office said to call during the weekend and keep your phone on redial mode for around 2 hours. You might get the recording “please leave your message, etc.” then a claim agent will call you back within two days. 🙏

He said the unemployment office will never be opened. As in forever will not open. He said that all claims should be filed online or over the phone. Good luck with that!!!!

@NJLaborDept It’s a beautiful day in jersey! Thank you Lord for this nice spring day on a summer month. We pray that the online and phone system of NJ unemployment office will be fixed, and if not, we pray their offices will open soon and we’ll be there waiting, happy to be in line.

@smej12 @NJLaborDept It’s my 5th day to call the 7327612020 number and when I got connected to a claim agent, it said “Due to the high volume of call, we are not able to answer your call this time. Please call back on the next business day to complete your claim and speak with an agent.” 😡
