It is also a huge problem with companies incorporated in the UK using stolen identities for directors & PSC's. So could be very useful to have an efficient, specific offence.

1. remove the ability of scammers to send messages & makes calls anonymously
2. remove ability of scammers to 'spoof' the number a message or call is coming from
