There can also be a resultant increase in serum triglycerides, and fat deposition in tissues. With more consumption of fructose, the cascade of events continues until the person is down with hypertension or diabetes, amongst other things.
Let’s look at honey, modern honey are worst than sugar, you don’t need them. It’s not a replacement for sugar and it’s not good for diabetics. Someone who is living with diabetes DO NOT need HONEY.
