BREAKING: Trump is hit with more devastating news as Politico reveals that “three Georgia Republicans who falsely claimed to be electors for Donald Trump — and are now charged alongside him in a sprawling racketeering indictment brought by local prosecutors — now say they took the steps they did because Trump, then the sitting president, told them to.”
This could not be worse news for Trump — because his co-conspirators just essentially accused him or masterminding the conspiracy to steal Biden’s win through a slate of “fake electors.”
The Politico report continues, revealing that, “In a series of court filings this week, those false electors, who became part of Trump’s last-ditch bid to subvert the 2020 election, said it was Trump and his campaign lawyers who urged them to sign the false documents, claiming they were necessary to preserve Trump’s flailing court efforts to reverse his defeat to Joe Biden.“
A lawyer of one of the three indicted Georgia “fake electors” even told the court that his client “was acting at the direction of the incumbent president of the United States,” and that “the president’s attorneys instructed Mr. Still and the other contingent electors that they had to meet and cast their ballots on Dec. 14, 2020.”
The other two co-conspirators told the court that they committed their multiple felonies “under the direction of the President Trump.”
That’s right, even Trump’s own co-conspirators have turned on Trump — and Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis�� criminal case against Trump just became a slam dunk.

BREAKING: Donald Trump idiotically digs his legal hole even deeper by unleashing a threat to flee to Russia and live with Vladimir Putin after the judge in the Fulton County set his bond at $200,000 and barred him from intimidating witnesses.
While he claimed separately that he will surrender to local Georgia authorities on Thursday, a Truth Social post has set off alarm bells even if it's ostensibly a "joke."
In the truly bizarre post, Trump whined that the "failed District Attorney of Fulton County (Atlanta), Fani Willis" has "insisted" on his current bond.
"I assume, therefore, that she thought I was a ‘flight’ risk - I’d fly far away, maybe to Russia, Russia, Russia, share a gold domed suite with Vladimir, never to be seen or heard from again," Trump taunted.
The idea of Donald Trump fleeing the country like a cartel boss is NOT farfetched in any sense. This is a man who has spent his entire life breaking the law and now faces the possibility of finally paying the price for his crimes. Of course he has at the very least considered fleeing — and will find the idea even more appealing if he's convicted.
But he wasn't done there.
"Would I be able to take my very ‘understated’ airplane with the gold TRUMP affixed for all to see. Probably not, I’d be much better off flying commercial - I’m sure nobody would recognize me!" Trump added, attempting to make a mockery of this entire process.
Trump can "joke" all he wants. In the end, Fani Willis is going to get the last laugh.

But it gets so much worse for Trump...
The "consent bond order" also bars Trump from intimidating witnesses in his case or communicating with his co-defendants in the case. That means he won't be able to scheme with them in back rooms to get his convoluted story straight.
Resisting the urge to intimidate witnesses is going to be an especially difficult task for Trump, who has regularly been doing just that in unhinged Truth Social posts. He's acting like a mafia boss and now he's being treated like one.
This news is particularly damaging for Trump as he struggles to keep his 2024 presidential campaign on the rails. Each time there is a development in the case, it reinforces to Americans that this man is a ruthless criminal — and the last person who should ever be given the powers of the presidency.

BREAKING: CNN drops Sunday bombshell, reveals that “Altanta prosecutor Fani Willis is now in possession of text messages and emails directly connecting members of Trump’s legal team to the early January 2021 voting system breach in Coffee County.
But it gets WORSE for Trump…
CNN says that “Willis is expected to seek charges against more than a dozen individuals when her team presents its case before a grand jury next week. Several individuals involved in the voting systems breach in Coffee County are among those who may face charges in the sprawling criminal probe.
Investigators in the Georgia criminal probe have long suspected the breach was not an organic effort sprung from sympathetic Trump supporters in rural and heavily Republican Coffee County – a county Trump won by nearly 70% of the vote. They have gathered evidence indicating it was a top-down push by Trump’s team to access sensitive voting software, according to people familiar with the situation.
Trump allies attempted to access voting systems after the 2020 election as part of the broader push to produce evidence that could back up the former president’s baseless claims of widespread fraud.
While Trump’s January 2021 call to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and effort to put forward fake slates of electors have long been considered key pillars of Willis’ criminal probe, the voting system breach in Coffee County quietly emerged as an area of focus for investigators roughly one year ago. Since then, new evidence has slowly been uncovered about the role of Trump’s attorneys, the operatives they hired and how the breach, as well as others like it in other key states, factored into broader plans for overturning the election.
Together, the text messages and other court documents show how Trump lawyers and a group of hired operatives sought to access Coffee County’s voting systems in the days before January 6, 2021, as the former president’s allies continued a desperate hunt for any evidence of widespread fraud they could use to delay certification of Joe Biden’s electoral victory.
Last year, a former Trump official testified under oath to the House January 6 select committee that plans to access voting systems in Georgia were discussed in meetings at the White House, including during an Oval Office meeting on December 18, 2020, that included Trump.
Six days before pro-Trump operatives gained unauthorized access to voting systems, the local elections official who allegedly helped facilitate the breach sent a “written invitation” to attorneys working for Trump, according to text messages obtained by CNN.
Investigators have scrutinized the actions of various individuals who were involved, including Misty Hampton, a former Coffee County elections official who authored the letter of invitation referenced in text messages and other documents that have been turned over to prosecutors, multiple sources told CNN.
They have also examined the involvement of Trump’s then attorney Rudy Giuliani – who was informed last year he was a target in the Fulton County investigation – and fellow Trump lawyer Sidney Powell as part of their probe, according to people familiar with the matter.
The letter of invitation was shared with attorneys and an investigator working with Giuliani at the time, the text messages obtained by CNN show.
On January 1, 2021 – days ahead of the January 7 voting systems breach – Katherine Friess – an attorney working with Giuliani, Sidney Powell and other Trump allies shared a “written invitation” to examine voting systems in Coffee County with a group of Trump allies.

According to the new ProPublica report, Thomas had also enjoyed “numerous flights on private planes, skybox tickets to sporting events, stays at luxury resorts, and a standing invitation to play at a high-end private golf club in Florida.
The new report is the most scandalous and broadest look yet at how Thomas’ social circle has funded – with limited disclosure to the public – a regular stream of extravagant excursions and events since he became a Supreme Court justice. These costly trips and travel perks often went unreported on the justice’s financial disclosure forms, ProPublica found in its investigation.
This latest investigation unearths a pattern of gifts to Thomas from Crow and three other billionaires who have been major contributors to Republican causes: David Sokol, the former heir apparent of Berkshire Hathaway; the late H. Wayne Huizenga, who made his vast fortune in his ownership of Blockbuster, Waste Management Inc. and other major companies; and Paul “Tony” Novelly, who formerly owned an oil company.
ProPublica interviewed more than 100 people, including staff that would have worked some of the trips that Thomas took. It also reviewed records obtained from the US Marshals Service, tax court filings, and personal photographs.
Sokol acknowledged in a statement to ProPublica that he hosted the Thomases. “We have never once discussed any pending court matter,” Sokol said. “Our conversations have always revolved around helping young people, sports, and family matters.”
“As to the use of private aviation,” he added, “I believe that given security concerns all of the Supreme Court justices should either fly privately or on governmental aircraft.”
Both the lack of transparency about his financial relationships with Republican megadonors, and the jet-setting lifestyle he’s enjoyed because of those friendships, put Thomas out of step with how lower court judges and other government officials approach their ethical obligations, legal experts told ProPublica.
Jeremy Fogel, a former judge who for years reviewed lower court judges’ financial disclosures, told ProPublica the amount of undisclosed gifts Thomas received is unlike anything he’s ever seen.
“In my career I don’t remember ever seeing this degree of largesse given to anybody,” said Fogel. “I think it’s unprecedented.”
The new revelations also raise questions about whether Thomas broke the law.

BREAKING: Donald Trump is rocked by bombshell news as a former Homeland Security official comes forward to reveal an overlooked part of Special Counsel Jack Smith's indictment so chilling that he says his "blood ran cold."
According to former Army officer Kevin Carroll — the man who served as senior counsel to Trump's Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly — we came dangerously close to Donald Trump using the U.S. military to murder American civilians.
He stated that Trump's advisers "would have put the U.S. military in the position of defying orders or turning their weapons on civilians.”
Carroll said that "as a veteran" he felt his blood run cold when reading two specific passage in Jack Smith's indictment.
In them, Smith details how Trump and his election-denying attorneys meticulously constructed an "autocratic plan to remain in power" aimed at forcing the U.S. military to "choose between subservience to civilian control or refusing to undertake an anti-democratic domestic political role."
Carroll pointed to Trump's Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Clark remark that they had options to put down any riots that might spring up if Trump illegally remained in power by saying: "That’s why there’s an Insurrection Act."
Just as evil, Trump's outside counsel John Eastman addressed the possible riots by coldly observing that certain points in American history have necessitated violence.
We came VERY close to Trump abusing his powers as commander-in-chief to murder innocent people to keep himself in in the White House. Carroll explained further—
"The armed services were to be told to use force against Americans to keep Trump in office, despite the objective fact, as established in more than 60 judicial proceedings, that Biden won the 2020 election," explained Carroll explains. He added that it could have easily resulted in a "tragic loss of life."
"Generals would be forced to choose whether to abandon an unbroken tradition of American military obedience to civilian control, or turn their guns on civilians to facilitate a losing candidate remaining in the White House beyond Inauguration Day," Carroll added.
Most damningly for Trump, Carroll concluded that the "potential harm" of the then-president's plans to use the military should "should be taken into account in the former president’s sentencing" in his 2020 election criminal case.
Carroll is absolutely right. The fact that we are even debating whether or not Donald Trump — man who tried to destroy our democracy and install himself as king — should go to prison is an indictment of us all.
Trump deserves prison above all else.

According to a new poll, a stunning 7 out of 10 Americans have heard little or nothing about the historic Inflation Reduction Act a year after President Biden signed it.
This revelation is particularly shocking when one considers the fact that the IRA is indisputably one of the greatest achievements of any modern president and the cornerstone of the highly successful Bidenomics approach to the economy.
Only 27% of Americans know a great deal or a good deal about it. 71% know little or nothing.
Crucially, many Americans do not realize that the IRA is a monumental climate initiative, meaning it tackles the defining existential crisis of our age. It provides tax credits to buy heat pumps, manufacture solar panels and wind panels, and boosts electric vehicle consumption.
The legislation has also lowered insulin, expanded Medicare for lifesaving vaccines, brought billions of dollars in investments in, created tens of thousands of jobs, and much more.
The worst part? Only 39% of Americans say they support the IRA overall. We can change that by spreading awareness!

BREAKING: Sources reveal to CNN that Donald Trump was furious with the judge after his arraignment yesterday for the new charges from Special Counsel Jack Smith because he felt he wasn't properly respected — all because of the way he was addressed.

Apparently, the ex-president was incredibly "pissed off" after leaving the courthouse in Washington, D.C. because Magistrate Judge Moxila Upadhyaya called him "Mr. Trump" during the proceedings.
Trump has grown used to his minions and the supporters that visit him at Mar-a-Lago calling him "Mr. President" as a sign of enduring respect.
There should be a rule that you forfeit the right to be called "Mr. President" if you've attempted a violent coup to overthrow our democracy. You must give respect to get respect and nobody has disrespected America more than Donald Trump.

BREAKING: Biden's Justice Department boldly informs MAGA-controlled Texas that it's filing a legal action against the vicious placement of floating barriers in the Rio Grande river — a "defensive" measure erected against migrants that makes it exponentially more likely that they'll drown.
The Justice Department sent their warning letter to the state's vicious racist governor Greg Abbott, and warned him that his brutal anti-migrant methods "violate federal law" and "raise humanitarian concerns" while creating "serious risks to public safety and the environment."
The DOJ has a slum-dunk case here and they quoted a specific clause in the law that "prohibits the creation of any obstruction to the navigable capacity of waters of the United States" and dictates that specific authorization from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is required to legally build such structures.
This Justice Department moves comes after a Texas state trooper whistleblower horrified the world by revealing that troopers have been ordered to push migrants — including children and babies — back into the surging waters of the Rio Grande. They have also been ordered to deny them drinking water.
Additionally, Gov. Abbott has been accused of escalating his war against desperate migrants seeking better lives by deploying "sharp razor wire" in the river which is "creating death traps for migrants and violating U.S. treaty commitments with Mexico."
Biden must be commended for taking action against Republican cruelty. These bloodthirsty conservatives delight in the deaths of poor desperate people. They must be stopped.

BREAKING: Donald Trump suffers a devastating defeat as the Georgia Supreme Court throws out his desperate attempt to get Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis disqualified from leading the investigation into his 2020 election crimes.
The court ruled unanimously with all nine justices, eight of whom were appointed by Republican governors, agreeing that Failed to present "extraordinary circumstances" to justify removing Willis.
The reason, of course, is that there are no legitimate reasons to remove Willis. Trump is simply terrified of her because he knows that she could ultimately put him behind bars after a long life of crime.
It's worth noting that Willis has already signaled that big indictments could come as soon as August.
