@fawoye59700 @Nokokopuffs The stopping of any momentum/ability to a walk speed, plus the longer range q with the passive buff is what puts him over the top. Nobody wants to play seer meta cause it is not objectively fun to fight against. Seer meta has been a nightmare all 3 times.
