Joaquin Niemann threw a club on Thursday on the 6th hole at Shinnecock. He threw it about 50 yds. He was given a 2 stroke penalty. He finished tied for 7th at the tournament. If he had not thrown the club he would have finished tied for 3rd. The club toss cost him about $700,000.

ESPN always gives us this view of Daikin Park in Houston via their app. Unfortunately the Astros now *never* open the roof no matter how nice the weather is outside. That’s a real shame. It really hurts the Astros experience keeping the roof closed all the time. 🤷‍♂️
