Oakdale’s Jonas Sparks wins the 3A boys pole vault, clearing the bar at 14 feet, 6 inches. It’s the fifth state title for the Slippery Rock University bound vaulter (3 outdoor, 2 indoor). Nearly went over the bar at 15-1. Just wobbled off @FrederickSports
