New Approaches in Teaching History (Using Science Fiction to teach history)
@robert_lyman@spectator Thanks for sharing this. On this side of the pond, Post Oct 7th, I sometimes feel besieged, especially after listening to some of my academic colleagues excuse/justify Antisemitic words and actions.
@robert_lyman I first read his work as a grad student and his The Great Sea and The Boundless Sea are on my study shelves. It was only a few years ago I came across his advocacy for academic freedom. A sad day for history.
Finally remembered to post this link to the interview of our book, A Tale of Two Front: A German Soldier's Journey Through World War I.
