The Los Pinos wildfire started yesterday afternoon in San Juan county, New Mexico, near the Colorado border after a gas pipeline exploded. What a crazy fire to respond to.

Fire resources from Los Pinos Fire Protection District, mutual aid resources, and utility crews responded, and the line was shut down. Crews then addressed the resulting timber fire. The cause of the explosion is not yet known, no injuries have been reported.
