It makes you wonder about the flipside- those who don’t have access to that health literacy #HITsm

@hcittoday @thegr8chalupa Not personal, but we often hear that being surround by family helped patients recover. It’s a plus for hospital at home, but also makes us concerned about burdening carers with expectation. Our hope is that remote patient monitoring and telehealth can help shoulder some of this.
